Jak’s Fishcakes was established in a little village in Buckinghamshire in 2008. Jak’s is a family run food manufacturing company that pride themselves on offering all of their customers excellent service and manufacturing top of the range products.
Since being established Jak’s have expanded their product range to suit a number of different markets, including fish and chip shops, schools, hospitals, restaurants and many more.
