Original Fishcake
Our original recipe that is produced as 100g core product contains no coating. Batter is to be added to the product before frying to give the product a nice light crunchy battered coating. The original fishcake can also be cooked without batter. The product can be placed in the hot oil and it cooks up with a nice crunchy outer without the batter coating.
Ideal for people who cannot tolerate batter or breadcrumbs.
